Q - How long will the product last ?
A - The average life expectancy of our products is approximately 15 to 20 years.

Q - Does the product have a warranty period ?
A - Yes - All Synturf products have a minimum manufacturers warranty period of 7 years.

Q - Does the product fade ?
A - Over time all Synthetic Turf will generally fade slightly.  This is not usually noticeable to the naked eye.  All our products are UV protected to suit the harsh Australian climate minimising the effect of being in direct sunlight.

Q - Does the product drain when it rains ?
A - Yes - All Synturf products are designed to drain exactly like natural grass.

Q - Are there a range of colours available ?
A - Yes - depending on the application and product selected, a range of colours are available.

Q - What maintenance is required ?
A - Once the turf has been installed generally a minimum amount of maintenance is required.  This may include general grooming to keep the turf looking fantastic.

Q - Will the product catch on fire ?
A - No.  All Synturf products are fire resistant and are less flammable than dead natural grass.

Q - Is the product safe for my children to play on ?
A - Yes.  Synturf products are child friendly.  They are soft and durable causing less hazards than natural grass.  We have even installed our product in school playgrounds.

Q - Is the product Pet friendly ?
A - Yes, the product is pet friendly.  Droppings will not stain or discolour the turf.  The product is extremely strong and is designed to resist destruction by pets.

Q - How is the turf secured to the ground ?
A - during installation fasteners into the base secure the turf.  In addition to the fasteners securing the turf the weight of the sand and rubber infill hold the product securely to the ground.

Q - Can the product be easily installed as a DIY project ?
A - Synturf recommend installation by an authorised installer.  The installation process does require specialist skills and equipment.  If you have competent skills in landscaping the product can be installed as a DIY project.

Q - Is the product Australian made ?
A- Yes.  Synturf are an Australian owned and operated company.  The turf is made locally from our manufacturing plant in Melbourne.

Q - Are the cheaper imported products the same quality as supplied by Synturf ?
A - No.  Other inferior imported products are currently available in the market.  Synturf highly recommend you research the product extensively prior to purchase.
